When replacing a single tooth, Dr. Eva recommends a dental implant topped with an aesthetic porcelain crown.
For several adjacent teeth, Dr. Eva uses either individual implants or an implant-supported bridge.
If you have an arch or two of teeth that are too difficult to save and need replacing, or if you wear dentures, you can take advantage of one of these full-arch solutions offered by Dr. Eva.
Snap-in, Implant Supported Dentures
For patients needing to replace a full arch of teeth, Dr. Eva can place dental implants in each arch that attach to a denture fitted with special attachments, allowing the patient to remove the denture at any time. It provides four times the chewing power of a regular denture and eliminates slippage and the need to use messy adhesives to hold the denture in place.
For the greatest stability and most lifelike function, Dr. Eva provides full-arch, permanently fixed-in teeth. This option uses six to eight implants to support an arch of teeth and provides almost 100 percent chewing power.
Dr. Eva also offers permanently fixed-in new teeth in a single visit. This option provides patients with a full arch of replacement teeth that are securely attached to between four and six implants per arch for maximum stability. This is ideal for patients who have experienced a lot of bone loss. The New Teeth in One Day procedure takes advantage of available bone by using special long implants and can often be done without the need for any bone grafting.
