Whenever possible, we will coordinate financial arrangements with your insurance company to lower the out-of-pocket expenses associated with your dental care. We request that you have your insurance information with you each time you visit our practice; please notify us if any changes occur.

Because there are differences between insurance plans, please understand that we can only offer an estimate of insurance coverage for any given procedure or treatment plan. It is important to understand the details of your policy.

Your estimated portion of fees is due and payable at the time services are rendered. Assignment of benefits is accepted for most insurance providers. As a courtesy, we are happy to file claims on your behalf. Please be aware that you are responsible for any remaining, unpaid portion of the bill not paid in full within 60 days.
